* Some people have such terrible credit as to be credit risks to investors. We can often change these files to such a dramatic degree that we believe investors could be at severe risk. In such cases we may insist that the borrower do a Deposited Loan Program for up to twelve months to prove their good will. This is a credit building or re-building tool, an unsecured loan for which everyone qualifies. See below.

How good are we, really? Over the past two years we have been able to achieve stellar statistics. Roughly 90% of the credit improvement clients sent to us by lenders do become credit-qualified in just 3 to 6 months. There is some fall-off from that. Some people buy cars and ruin their DTI. Others spend their closing costs or charge up their credit cards. However of every 100 clients sent to us by lenders, 65 will actually close a loan. That’s about 2 out of 3.
